Model 350-Studio (Studio, Private Laundry)
A 9ft ceiling, large sliding patio door, open concept and an efficient layout give this 350 sqft unit the feel of a much larger apartment. All units come with a full size refrigerator, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher – as well as a compact washer and dryer. We have 4 units in this style located on the second floor of our new 703 building built in 2020.

This model has one bedroom, one bath, and approximately 600 sqft of living space. A large bedroom and open living room give it a nice roomy feeling. We only have 2 one-bedroom apartments in the whole complex, so they don’t become available very often. One is located on the garden level of building 705 and the other on the garden level of 707. Both have central air conditioning and coin operated laundry facilities within the building.

Our complex has 22 units in this model located on all three floors of buildings 705 and 707.
